The Human Resource (People Experience) Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment duties, onboarding, employee relations and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-orientated, and passionate about fostering a positive work culture.

How will you contribute:Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and sensitivity, providing guidance and support to employees and managers as needed.Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, and career development.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 4+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training.Thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite.Work environment may involve exposure to allergens such as Soy, Wheat, Fish, Shellfish, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts and Sesame.

This position is currently classified as on-site.

Base Salary Range: $72,000 - $88,000, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
