Mental Health Therapist / Counselor

Better Days Therapeutic Solutions is a mental health & wellness practice that helps people create healthier, brighter futures for themselves and their families. We are looking a for NC licensed mental health therapist/counselor passionate about helping individuals of all ages, couples and families.

We are a small group practice that works together as a team for the health and wellness of our clients. Our clinicians have the flexibility to set their own schedules. We see most clients at the practice in Downtown Clayton, with the ability to also do Telehealth.

ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couples, and family therapy to individuals with a variety of mental health diagnoses.Conduct assessments and develop treatment plansProvide crisis intervention and case management servicesCollaborate with other members of the treatment teamAttend professional development activitiesMaintain accurate records

QualificationsRequiredLCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LCAS, Ph.D. - North Carolina LicenseStrong work ethic; dedication; desire to grow with the practiceAbility to see clients at the office at least 3-4 days a week; willingness or desire to provide evening and weekend sessions as neededAbility and willingness to work as a generalistOpen to working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or familiesDesiredPrior clinical counseling experienceSpecialty areas (e.g. play therapy, ADHD, CPT, etc)
