This role is an in office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is exempt salary, and pays a range of $70,000.00-$90,000.00 plus commissions, depending on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Full Cycle Recruitment: From Sourcing candidates, Screening resume, interviewing (by phone, virtual, and in-person), administering appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, making recommendations for hire (or not hire) for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates.Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with department heads to ensure achievement of staffing goals.Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Manages application/resume file and retentionAdheres to and promotes the Better Debt Solutions Mission, Vision, and Values while acting as a role model for others.Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

3-5 years experience in RecruitmentProven track record of placing candidatesHigh volume recruitment experience with a can-do Attitude!Excellent communication skillsPrevious experience utilizing an ATSResults-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve successIncredible work ethicTeam Player!Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
