Our program supports individuals looking to improve their mental health and achieve long-term success!Better U is seeking a talented and passionate Psychiatric NP or PA to support patients in Utah.
Requirements and Qualifications:Multi-State licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.Desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team dedicated to transforming the mental health care system.Can rapidly establish deep rapport with a significant variety of people. Authentic, non-judgmental, focused presence, intuitive sensitivity, empathic while maintaining supportive structure, nuanced self-discovery, warmth, respect/appreciation of different life trajectories.Experience with adversity and an active commitment to personal growth.Understanding of the physical and psychological effects of psychedelics.Deep compassion and empathy for othersKnowledge of HIPAA and a background in working with confidential informationA willingness to learn and a growth mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability and tools to work remotelyA passion for alternative healing methods
Requirements:A high degree of empathy and understanding of human behavior.1+ years of experience as a licensed NP or PA.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills.Multi-state licensed Psychiatric Nurse PractitionerDEA licensed
