Are you passionate about new business outreach, closing partnership deals and maximizing your earning potential? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead our sales-focused team in North America. Your role is to reach key decision-makers in Universities across the United States, and secure sustainable partnerships that ensure a steady stream of applicants to our programs.As the pioneer member of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape its vision and strategic sales methods from the ground up. Your role will be instrumental in laying the foundations for the success of the University Partnership department, and you will have the opportunity to expand the team under your leadership.
The Ideal CandidateYou are sales-driven, love closing deals and exceed targetsYou understand and know how to navigate the complexities of University AdministrationYou have proven success in securing education-based partnerships in the United StatesYou adopt strategic methods in conducting outbound sales to generate high quality leadsYou thrive on being challenged and finding new ways to hit your targetsYou go the extra mile with every single lead to ensure you get the results you wantYou are autonomous, organized and accountable to your lead pipelineYou are an ambitious individual with a clear vision on how to lead a future Sales team*You will be required to visit campuses and attend conferences across North America at least once a month.*
RequirementsMin. 4 years of experience in sales, preferably educational salesExperience working with University Administration in the US is a big plusWe have a completely open and flexible policy when it comes to educationYou hold a US passport or a Green CardHighly professional English language ability

Salary DetailsAnnual Base Salary: USD 40,000 to 60,000 depending on experiencePerformance-Based Commission: Uncapped, with the potential to exceed 30% or more of your annual base salary in commissions.
