Contract Administrator
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
BGSF has partnered with an oil and gas client in Southeast Houston and is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. This contract administrator will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing contracts, tracking timesheets, performing data analytics, and controlling costs. Additional duties will consist of the following:
Review and analyze contracts, correct discrepancies and ensure proper documentation Maintain data in the customer timekeeping systemRespond and resolve to general questions regarding contract agreementsReview and modify work processes and control costs Prepare reports of findings and recommendations for managementPrepare and reconcile final job costs and provide support for any customer change ordersAnalyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine a reasonable pricePrepare various reports and handle confidential informationProvide purchase order support and handle any project-related tasksVerify daily allocation and authorization from their systemAssist Controller with any project-related tasksInterface with accounting, human resources, marketing, sales, planning and operations teams
