Restaurant Director of Operations

Summary

The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing 14 restaurants, leading the company's growth, and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, they will handle corporate marketing and communication. Job Description/Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of restaurant multi-unit managementStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively in a high-volume environmentExperience leading and managing large teamsAbility to act as an ambassador for the vision and brandAbility to support a culture that focuses on the guest experience and cultivates an environment rich in the integrity of food and servicePossesses strong leadership skills that engage and inspire others with the ability to work within the appropriate level of independenceTrain new and existing teams on the service model, menu execution, systems and program implementationExperienced in strategic forecasting, cost controls and other systems that support KPIsExperienced in the training and development of new and existing managementUtilize all available data/resources to understand and report every component of a Store’s performanceMake operational changes as appropriate to ensure financial standards are metProficient in the use of all systems – Aloha as well as MS Outlook and ExcelAssist with marketing at a corporate level, manage contracts and communication and report to the COO and must be able to communicate to ownership of the franchise as neededBilingual experience is required – must be able to communicate effectively with all franchise owners, franchise managers and team members
