As a Senior Developer, you will be instrumental in the design and development of software components tailored specifically to our D365 environment.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to comprehensively understand project requirements within the Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem.Design, code, and rigorously test technical solutions, to ensure robustness and reliability.Proactively identify and communicate potential risks to project timelines and quality, contributing to proactive mitigation strategies.Actively participate in code reviews to identify and rectify defects early in the development lifecycle.Provide guidance on the evolution of the D365 system's architecture, identifying and addressing system deficiencies with innovative solutions.Mentor team members to enhance efficiency and share best practices within the D365 development landscape.Effectively communicate technical and functional design requirements to team members, fostering collaboration and alignment.Contribute to the enhancement of team maturity in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices, facilitating smoother delivery processes.Position Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.8+ years of experience in the software industry, with a strong emphasis on .NET development.Proven expertise in D365 CRM development and customization, with a track record of successful implementations.Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), enabling seamless data integration within the D365 ecosystem.Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to evolving project needs.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and creative problem-solving.Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methodologies, coupled with the ability to quickly adapt and apply them in real-world scenarios.Life Time is committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace where every individual's contributions are valued and celebrated.
