Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointmentsRespond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templatesProvide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resourcesMust have good, clear, voice and phone etiquetteFollow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-showParticipate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership managementUtilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications

At least one previous role based in strong customer service and sales experienceCall center experienceSpanish Speaker is a plusTeam player attitudePrompt and courteousEnthusiastic personalityMust have strong computer and phone skillsMust be 18 or older
