We are looking for a talented senior Business Systems Analyst to join our growing internal CXO Systems team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead technical projects from ideation to closure across our Partner Management Service Cloud stack, focusing on the partner onboarding, management, and processes with integrated tools. You will drive initiatives that will enable the CXO team to manage partner relationships, including support for them and their customers using Bill. The candidate should be a self-starter, eager to build relationships and deliver value to our stakeholders across Partner Operations, Customer Success and Experience Operations. We’d love to chat if you have:8+ years of experience delivering technical projects across Risk and Collections StackMust have: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Zendesk, or equivalentNice to have: Chatbot platforms, and other Support toolsProven project management experience Including:Leading and driving complex transformation projects, portfolios, and roadmapsDocumenting functional and non-functional requirements, and design / development of technical solutions that meet the business needsWorking with stakeholders to define and document business processes and systemsDeveloping and maintaining project plans and associated communicationsPerforming Proof-of-Concepts when neededLeading test preparation and executionTesting technical build to ensure functionality of solutions that meet the business needsProviding post Go Live supportA deep understanding of partner portal management functions, strategy, processes, cross-functional hand offs and intersections with Customer Experience and Support systemsExperience providing general system support to business partnersExperience with Agile and SDLC methodologiesExcellent teamwork, communication and ability to gain alignment across cross-functional boundariesAbility to challenge the norm and maturity to advocate for changes for the greater benefit of the businessBS/MS in Business, Computer Science or a related field
