We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing management team. We are currently looking for a Retail Store Manager for our Saugus store, located at 880 Broadway.

What you’ll do:The Retail Store Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to such functions as: scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, inventory control, daily cash reconciliation, achieving sales targets and ensuring a positive team atmosphere is maintained at all times. Some additional items of ownership for BinStar Retail Store Managers are: promoting customer loyalty program and driving a culture of safety, honesty, and integrity.
Candidates must have the ability to: multi-task, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have experience with sales, customer service, and be available to work days, evenings and weekends. Leaders interested in this role must follow positive leadership principles including: leading by example and maintaining professional integrity in the workplace.
