MSAT Manager (Manufacturing Science and Technology)

The Global Supply Chain team is responsible for promptly and accurately getting Bio-Rad products into the hands of our customers. We maintain product integrity from end to end and respond expeditiously from the moment an order is received. As a result, customers around the globe receive the test kits, instruments, and consumable solutions they need - on time and in full to ultimately provide better healthcare and outcomes for their patients.

In This Role You Will

Coordinate manufacturing support teams (scientists and engineers) to meet goals and overcome blocking issues using daily management tier meeting process.Manage resources between manufacturing support and strategic projects to meet on time delivery metrics and continuous improvement goals.Coach team, managers and individuals, as needed to ensure success and progress on long term development plans.Coordinate with cross functional teams (Management team, CAPA review board, Product Support, etc) to provide technical support.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences is required. MS/PhD preferred.Work Experience: 8+ years supervisory/management experience required in a manufacturing environment.Project and/or program management experience required. Knowledge of: Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing, new product transfer, equipment design, process analysis, equipment maintenance, calibration systems, ERP, validation processes, FDA/ISO regulations.Ability to communicate at all organizational levels professionally and effectively.Experience developing subordinate supervisors and building high performance teams across multi-departmental organizations.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,100 to $192,600 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
