Talent Acquisition Analyst

This position is responsible for Talent Acquisition but will also support HR Operations and potentially other functions. An example of weekly responsibilities includes:

• Sourcing and screening talent, shepherding candidates through the talent acquisition lifecycle, and metric reporting. 75% of the week.
• Working with HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Operations on important business initiatives. 10-15% of the week.
• Assist as a support system to firm operations and client delivery who is responsible for handling and performing day-to-day HR functions. 10-15% of the week.

Role Responsibilities & Experience

Recruiting

5+ Years of recruiting for roles in the following industries: Financial Services/Capital Markets, Life Sciences, & Technology (esp. Data Analysts/Data Scientists). Responsible for finding talent, owning the recruiting lifecycle, and various HR tasks and metric reporting.Utilize effective communication skills to directly contact candidates, all while providing exceptional customer service as a Bip.Monticello ambassador.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc., screen candidates resumes and job applications, and conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.Help manage the interview process from start to finish by coordinating with hiring managers and documenting feedback.Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth while providing a world-class candidate experience.Exceed team hiring goals by proactively sourcing top talent from a variety of channels.Review and create compelling job descriptions for job postings to attract talent.Candidate should be an expert networker and able to leverage and network with top talent for referrals.

Operations Support

Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Management, Business preferred.

• *The base salary range for this role is $40,000-$80,000**
