Job Responsibilities

Support Mission-critical financial applications with sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII data)Monitor production jobs and ensure their scheduled executionCreate Standard Operating Procedure documentsTriage production issues and provide solutions as per Standard Operating Procedure documentsDocument problem, solutions in the ticketing tools & knowledge baseCommunicate appropriately & effectively with business, technical teamsWork well under pressure with a methodical approach to problem solvingPrioritize multiple tasks and manage/assign tasks between team membersMonitor application health, perform application/service restarts as per Standard Operating ProceduresMonitor, edit, create scheduler jobsDeploy and manage applications, services on Microsoft Windows and cloud environments

Primary Skills That Are Must Have For The Candidate

Supporting Java/J2EE based applications involving MicroservicesStrong documentation, communication skills (written and verbal) and Analytical SkillsExperience in any relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server; Writing queries, understanding DB processesMotivated self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a teamExperience with product lifecycle & deploymentsExperience working in Agile projectTime management, Project management skills

Work Hours

Should be able to work with distributed teams in different time zones at onshore, offshoreShould be working in 24x7 model with rolling shiftsOpen to supporting the team during weekends/holidays as per the needs
