Raising St. Louis is one of our programs under St. Louis Children's Hospital. Raising St. Louis connects with mothers, fathers and other family members to help build and sustain the family unit, reduces the high infant mortality rate, promotes literacy and increases access to health care.
Join our team at St. Louis Children's Hospital and make a difference in your community! We are currently seeking a Community Health Coordinator for our Raising St. Louis program. This position will oversee community hubs, partner with community members, and seek opportunities for community programs.

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Develops and maintains a network of community resource centers, including development and implementation of curriculum, services and resource development for all locations. Responsible for convening strategic partners and developing collaborations within the community to improve our program relations and expand our service locations. Conducts ongoing needs assessment of surrounding community/neighborhoods to determine the most relevant topics for health education in the community resource centers. Responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating and implementing family connection meetings in the community. Facilitates recruitment and retention of participants in all program offerings.

Develop strategic community partnerships at agencies in the metro-area for our team members to have identified drop-in office space and meeting space in the communityPlan, coordinate and implement education and access to resources at community resource centers.Create and implement recruitment strategies for program participants.Create and implement retention strategies for program participants.Conduct regular resource needs assessments within the communities we serve.
