BJC HealthCare is seeking a PRN OBGYN Sonographer to provide to the outpatient Medical Offices for the BJC Medical Group.

Day Shift Hours: 8am-4:30pm (Mon-Fri) - hours may vary based on needsOBGYN experience (preferred) Locations: Shiloh, IL and Missouri Baptist Medical Center (MBMC) Imaging – Sonography, ultrasound Tech, RDMS

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
The Registered Diagnostic Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging, including but not limited to abdominal, small parts, and obstetrical, to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, and assist with needle procedures (i.e., biopsies, drainages, needle placements, etc.). May also perform vascular imaging
Responsibilities
Ensures proper function and readiness of all equipment.Performs ultrasound imaging examinations and ensures proper documentation of procedures.Performs studies independently, may perform studies on-call, portable exams, and at other sites as required by work area.
