Remote opportunity alert! BJH is hiring a Sr. Oncology Business Analyst for the Siteman Cancer Center. If you have healthcare finance and business analyst/project experience, this could be a great fit for you. The role will involve financial analysis, budgets, capital projects, and business development. While the position requires occasional onsite work, it's mostly remote (95%). Candidates must live in the metro St. Louis area.
Overview

Role Purpose
Uses analytical and quantitative methods to provide data analysis, reporting, issue tracking/management, and other analysis to support all areas within Siteman, not limited to Revenue Management, Grant Management, Operations, and Finance. The Sr. Analyst will lead the annual budget process for Siteman as well be the SME for various functions such as capital purchases, budgets to actual variances, cost center management, project and contract management. This role will include a diverse range of duties and responsibilities that span across the operational and research needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
Work closely with SCC Managers, Directors and VP to provide variance analysis of budget vs. actual results for assigned areas, providing explanations of the causes material variances while identify areas of opportunity for revenue capture and expense management.Provide analysis of financial data, including clinical service line reporting, trend analysis and monitoring of key financial metrics.Provide day to day operational support of all Siteman Cancer Center grants ? including annual grant applications for internal foundation and external State and Federal Grant Funding, monthly expense management and annual grant donor reporting.Uses analytical and quantitative methods to provide data analysis, reporting, issue tracking/management, and other analysis to support all areas within Siteman, not limited to Revenue Management, Grant Management, Operations, and Finance.
