Job Description and Responsibilities
Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI) is seeking a motivated Vice President level professional to join our office in Miami, with some time spent training in New York initially. This professional will be involved with due diligence efforts for current and prospective investors. The role provides an opportunity to help drive growth in our private credit business and collaborate closely with key groups of the firm, including BXCI’s private credit investment team, BXCI’s Office of the CIO, and Blackstone’s Private Wealth Solutions business.
This professional will work primarily with the BDC Stakeholder Relations team based in New York. The BDC Stakeholder Relations team is a part of BXCI’s private credit team and works to support the growth of our BDC platform. BXCI’s BDC platform consists of Blackstone Private Credit Fund (BCRED), a continuously offered non-traded BDC and Blackstone Secured Lending Fund (BXSL), a publicly traded BDC.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Investor Due Diligence: Drafting written responses to investor queries, due diligence questionnaires, and RFPs to support active capital raising and ongoing investor updatesProject Management: Effectively executing project timelines and managing multiple processes at the same time from beginning to endTeam Player: Contributing to positive team culture and collaborating across various internal groupsProduct Knowledge: Becoming proficient in offerings across BXCI’s platformMarketing Materials: Working with product specialists to maintain presentation materials and other communications
Qualifications
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated and intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate should have:
5+ years of professional work experiencePrior work experience in finance, accounting, investor relations, or consulting is preferredProficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to write effectively and produce visually appealing presentationsExcellent time management and communication skills given the BXCI team is based in New YorkStrong attention to detailHighly motivated (a self-starter) with a strong work ethicUndergraduate degree strong analytical and qualitative skills

Expected annual base salary range
$125,000 - $175,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
