Job Description
What you'll do
Actively work at front end engaging customers and offering creditHand out credit materials to customers while offering acquisition offer to customers walking store including specialtyDrive credit engagement through coaching, training and motivating THD associatesDrive 6-7 incremental applications per dayProactively engage customers to offer creditSupport credit awareness through active engagement in store culture with associatesRotate weekly to support each assigned store 1 visit per weekSupport 3-5 Hours per store visit (min 7 hours per day in store)Rotate days of week and time of day including nights/weekends
Qualifications
Previous retail or sales experience preferredDrivers license and a vehicle for travelProven ability to build and leverage relationshipsBA or equivalent experience required
Additional Information
Location: Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas
Duration: 6-12 months (potential to extend)
Compensation: $1,040/week
