Roles & Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage the development and delivery of large-scale blockchain projects, based on our STRATO platformServe as the point of contact to internal and external stakeholders and drive discussions with business and technical teams around business requirements, solution architecture, project updates etc.Deliver the architectural design for blockchain applications, translating business needs into an end-to-end technical solutionManage day-to-day operations of technical delivery teams, ensuring quality and on time delivery of customer projectsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to application development teams, and participate in the code review processCreate and manage project documentation such as project plans, functional specifications, technical specifications, progress reportsPrioritize, manage, and effectively communicate across multiple, fast paced initiativesHands-on enterprise application development in JavaScript, React, Node, SQLRapid prototyping of demos for customersSupport technical pre-sales efforts
Required Skills
3+ years’ hands-on experience in developing production-grade software systems3+ years’ experience leading the architecture and implementation of large-scale applications3+ years’ full stack software development experience with JavaScript3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing roleRESTful API design and implementation experienceExpertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)Cloud computing experience with Azure/Amazon Web Services (AWS)/Google CloudExperience with container technologies such as DockerProficiency in code versioning tools, such as GitProcess mapping or UML experienceExperience in Agile developmentStrong collaboration, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
