Responsibilities:Track supplier progress and coordinate with design/engineering departments.Ensure timely delivery of prototype parts and smooth launch of production.Evaluate supplier manufacturing processes and suggest improvements.Monitor supplier performance and report progress to management.Support suppliers in resolving production, quality, and delivery issues.Provide recommendations to purchasing based on supplier capabilities.Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical).3-5 years of experience in industrial design or manufacturing engineering.Familiarity with quality control standards and manufacturing processes.Automotive industry experience preferred.Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (50-60%).
Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Demands:Requires standing, walking, and manual dexterity.
