This is a 6-month, fixed-term contract position with benefits. Multiple positions are available.

As an experienced talent acquisition professional, you’ll advise and partner with hiring managers and business leaders to source, screen, and hire the best and the brightest to design, test, manufacture, and launch reusable spaceflight systems.

We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to impact safe human spaceflight positively. Passion for our mission and vision is required!

Responsibilities

Own the full cycle recruiting process across technical, manufacturing, operations, and/or engineering roles, from initial application to the new hire’s first dayAct as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor, owning job posting and advertisementDevelop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks, and pipelines; build and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates and assessment strategies with hiring managersDevelop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen, and present to hiring teams.Collaborate with, mentor, and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition TeamLead and participate in scoping discussions, weekly tag-ups, and candidate debriefsPrepare search status reports and lead update meetings on active searchesDive deep with an inquisitive approach into the technical requirements of job requisitions

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or additional years of relevant recruiting experience5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including managing Engineering, Operations, or Manufacturing rolesProactive and professional communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leadersHigh volume recruiting experienceDemonstrated success passively prospecting talent using a variety of platforms and methodsMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Compensation range for on site CO applicants is $99,330-$139,062

Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $108,360-$151,704

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.

Discretionary bonus: Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
