Your Role

The Health Trend Solutions team partners and supports internal business units to drive initiatives that result in cost savings with the goal is to keep the health plan accessible and affordable to all members. The Project Manager, Senior will report to the Senior Manager, Program and Project Management assigned. In this role you will manage a portfolio of complex projects, developing project summaries, implementation plans while facilitating the assigned business units project initiatives from ideation through implementation that drive cost of healthcare savings.

Your Work

In this role, you will

Direct large-scale, complex projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders Manage the development and implementation of process of company's projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivery of new or existing internal/external programs and/or productsDevelop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts Validate financial forecasts and provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures Build, lead, and coach multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles Work cross functionally with internal and external partners as neededResponsible for program ideation and sustainability; keep abreast on new developments and research and develops business cases for assigned program

Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceRequires at least 5 years of prior relevant experienceMaster’s degree strongly desiredCommunication with all levels of the organization strongly desiredComplex Project Management required

Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $85,360.00 to $128,040.00 for California.

Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
