Focus:and coordinate the activities of subordinate supervisors, focusing on safe and efficient operations.production plans and manage schedules to ensure continuous operations.compliance with safety, operating, and regulatory standards.work units to achieve production targets and objectives.with other departments (Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, etc.) to optimize production processes.supervise and support first-line or shift supervisors in their management roles.
Skill Set:High School diploma or GED with seven (7) years of relevant operational experience, including supervisory roles, or a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with three (3) years of relevant experience.Preferred candidates will have a background in electrical maintenance in either a manufacturing or mining setting.Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and maintenance protocols.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Candidates must be willing to work in a mine/plant setting, which may involve exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, and other potentially hazardous conditions.Personal protective equipment is required on the job.Drug/alcohol-free workplace enforced through pre-employment and random testing as per state laws.
