The Manager of Accounting will oversee all corporate accounting aspects and financial reporting processes to ensure compliance. This role will also involve assisting in various treasury accounting functions, including cash position forecasting and transaction recording, while providing financial analysis and directing staff to support organizational financial objectives.

Focus: Assist in producing timely and accurate financial statements and management reports in compliance with GAAP. Collaborate with external auditors and prepare necessary schedules and documents for annual audits. Support various treasury functions, including proper recording of transactions, managing cash positions, and forecasting cash needs. Manage corporate accounting functions, such as overhead allocations, quarterly financial reporting, and tracking of initiatives. Oversee various operational tasks, including managing bank reconciliations, consolidating third-party financials, reconciling balances, and handling budget exception processes. Conduct monthly reviews of actual results versus budget and prior periods, identifying trends and cost concerns. Assist with the annual budget process and complete ad hoc projects as required.
Skill Set: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA preferred. 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting. Experience in complex GAAP issues. Strong technical accounting expertise. Ability to juggle competing priorities and work in a flexible manner. Proficient in Microsoft applications. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
