📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Due to tremendous growth, Blue Wolf Transformations is seeking to add contract Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with surgical experience to perform our signature Funsculpting procedure which is a form of minimally invasive High Definition liposuction without sedation. Extensive paid training and certification is provided.
Responsibilities:- Conduct physical examinations, record patient medical histories and pre-qualify patients for procedure- Perform minimally invasive liposuction under supervision of a medical director- Prescribe medications for treatments- Provide post-op follow-ups to ensure proper healing and results- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other state and federal regulations
Skills:- Experience in minimally invasive procedures/surgeries- Strong knowledge of human anatomy- Excellent bedside manor (patients are awake during procedure)- Empathy for men and women seeking body contouring treatments- Competent in monitoring vital signs and interpreting results- Proficient in medical coding and documentation
