Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 (Undergraduate Student) $26.50 (Graduate Student)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Platform team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience related to understanding, analyzing, and improving business processes and operations. Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Focuses on learning the craft and how to work in a team productively, in particular:

Supports senior team members in designing, developing and testing software applications.Research and contribute to quick proof of conceptsContinuously improves themselves and the code they produce.Learns how to improve readability and maintainability of code.Guided by team members, contributes simple features and bug fixes and provides matching test cases.Understands basic functional and technical requirements of software components.Participates in team activities such as backlog grooming, planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.Secondary Duties and ResponsibilitiesActively seeks support by team members to overcome obstacles.Understands company and team visions.Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability.Finds suitable work items in the team backlog with the help of other team members.Develops an understanding of the problem domain the team works on.

Additional Qualifications For Consideration

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degreeStrong interest in research and analyticsExcellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
