In this high-impact role, you will spearhead the strategic direction of our business analytics initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead a dynamic team to optimize our cognitive business platform, ensuring our solutions continue to empower retailers, manufacturers, and logistics providers in meeting evolving customer demands. Your leadership will be instrumental in harnessing the power of data to shape the future of supply chain solutions.

This role of Senior Business Analytics Director is critical for driving Blue Yonder’s continued success and innovation in the supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will bring a visionary approach to data and analytics, propelling the company towards new heights of efficiency and market leadership.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with Blue Yonder’s business goals and enhances our market-leading position in digital supply chain managementLead, mentor, and expand the Business Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learningEngage with senior stakeholders across the organization to identify critical business needs and opportunities where analytics can drive significant valueOversee the development of advanced analytical tools and models to improve decision-making processes and business outcomesDrive the adoption of analytics solutions throughout the organization, ensuring they are effectively integrated into business processes and operationsStay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in analytics and supply chain management, integrating these insights into Blue Yonder's strategy

What Are We Looking For

Advanced degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience leading a large advanced analytics teamDemonstrated success in leading large analytics teams and initiatives in a dynamic and complex business environmentDeep understanding of data analytics methodologies, tools, and platformsExceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organizationStrategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategiesMinimum of 5 years of experience in Tableau or Power BIMinimum of 5 years of experience in SQLMinimum of 3 years of experience in SnowflakeMinimum of 3 years of experience in DatabricksMinimum of 3 years of experience in R/Python

Nice To Have

Experience in a multinational corporation or a similar complex organizational structureA track record of innovation in the field of business analytics or supply chain management

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $194,000.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
