They are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Regional Sales Director) to lead our business expansion efforts and drive revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships, and surpassing sales targets through strategic and proactive sales initiatives for their organization. Your in-depth knowledge of the company' products and services (e.g., Private Fleet, Dedicated Truckload Fleet, Material Handling, Distribution Services, etc.) will be essential in showcasing their value to potential clients and establishing a robust sales pipeline.

To excel in this role, you must possess a profound understanding of the 3PL and logistics landscape, including emerging trends like outsourcing, transportation management, and warehouse optimization.
