Treasury and Payout Operations Manager

BlueSnap is looking for a Treasury Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing BlueSnap’s global payout function. This includes global cash management to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payout of funds to our global client base and, with the help of one direct report, this critical resource will find, investigate, and solve payout issues as well as respond to ad hoc requests made internal BlueSnap colleagues and external clients. This position will require working relationships with Sales, Finance, Risk, Accounting, and support. We require a problem solver, someone detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and someone who wants to learn how all parts of the BlueSnap ecosystem work together.This role can be based from our Waltham, MA office on a hybrid schedule, or work remotely on the East Coast.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor daily cash and FX movements between global accountsManage and monitor merchant account balances and daily funds transfers to global client baseFull understanding of how the system calculates client transfers so to identify any issues and make any necessary adjustments to merchant account balancesUtilize system resources to resolve payment issues and provide support teams with merchant level analysesManage existing bank accounts and own process of opening any new accounts, including KYCMaintain relationships with all our banking partners in order to progress projects and more efficiently solve any issues that may ariseKey contributor to the definition and development of internal tools to support the payout functionManage one direct report, Treasury & Payout AnalystPerform other audit, accounting and financial tasks as requiredContribute to ad-hoc projects, as needed

Requirements
