Base Salary $75,000-$80,000 + Individual Bonus Potential up to $14,500 annually

Oversee implementation of treatment plans of all clients in the centerProvide clinical oversight to clients receiving 11 ABA therapyCollaborate with families and clinical team to create individualized treatment plansConduct and oversee functional analysis, intake and progress assessmentsSupport staff, clients and families to ensure client successImplement and supervise behavior acquisition and reduction proceduresMentor and lead teams of RBTs working with clients
