Job Description
Pay Rate: $31 / hour + shift differential paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: Monday- Friday 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Sign on Bonus: $2500 (payable per BTB Terms)

The Fleet Technician's primary purpose will require the individual to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment including gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, forklifts, tankers and trailers.

Troubleshoot and repair fleet vehicles and equipmentProgram and record assigned preventative maintenance tasksAssist in education of the Route Sales Representatives’ pre and post-trip inspectionsReceive and process invoices for paymentAct as vendor billing point of contactMaintain parts inventory and budgetMaintain work area ensuring organization and cleanlinessEnsure safe work practices
Qualifications
Key Qualifications
Two years technical education completed or minimum three years hands-on experience (gas or diesel accepted)Proficient in Microsoft Office programsCummins, Ford, or other engine manufacturer Diagnostic Tool proficiencyAbility to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60 poundsValid driver’s licenseAbility to obtain CDL B within specified period of timeASE Certification required within specified period of timeMust possess personal toolsPositive team-player attitudePossesses exceptional work ethic, energy, and drive
