Job Description

Pay: $28.23 - $39.83 / hour

Shift differential paid for applicable hours worked

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to operators in team resolution processComplete repairs to equipment as necessaryCommunicate with production lines about machine down time and identified issues Assist with break coverage and machine operation as needed or as assigned by shift resource; this will be a member of the operations group and as such the expectation is that this role needs to be able to support all machine centers as needed

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

Demonstrated Safe work habits Solid background in all aspects of mechanical maintenance Reading and use of blueprints and technical manuals Preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repair, troubleshooting using a data driven systematic approach, rebuilding equipment, lifting, rigging, lubrication. Using hand and specialty tools Understanding and use of precision measurement Must be proficient with TPM and the principles of AM and PM Candidates must be flexible to support Business needs, able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime; and to be able to work (On Call) in emergency situations Demonstrated track record of responsibility, maturity, sound judgment, and reliable attendance Demonstrated team work Motivated self -starter, self -learner with the ability to work in a team and/or independent environment. Able to work unsupervised Computer skills and ability to utilize SAP work order system. Ordering parts and supplies
