The ideal candidate will have experience in complex production scheduling, leading skilled labor, and technical competency with sophisticated ERP systems and bolt-on applications. ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily plant operations, ensuring smooth coordination.Coordinate production schedules and material requirements in collaboration with Purchasing, Project Management, Installation, and Order Entry teams.Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to schedule machinery maintenance, minimizing disruptions and ensuring continuous plant functionality.Recruit, train, develop, and mentor both direct and indirect staff members.Additional responsibilities encompass plant safety, creating work schedules, implementing process enhancements, and conducting inspections.Lead production teams in achieving year-over-year improvements.Demonstrate adeptness in collaborative work across departments, utilizing information for timely production and cost-saving decisions.Possess comprehensive proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems, preferably Syteline.Essential knowledge of payroll, budgeting, and accounting principles.Perform any other assigned duties as required.
