We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Cyber Threat Simulation Training Specialist to join our Cyber Awareness, Training, and Threat Simulation team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.

The Cyber Awareness, Training, and Threat Simulation Team delivers best-in-class cyber simulation exercises to facilitate internal training and to clients as required. This includes planning, executing and preparing reports for BNY Mellon’s cyber simulation program and supporting other cyber awareness projects as required.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

As a wargame specialist, act as an analyst for cyber simulation program.Develops global training materials for in-person, live webinar events, and online training.Assists with cyber security simulation exercises with an audience which can include senior management, executives, and clients.Analyzes simulation exercises to translate simulation findings into lessons learned/observations in discussion with the line of business participants.Supports cyber security awareness initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.2+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required.Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Experience with training development is a must.
