We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Representative, Shareholder Services to join our Shareholder Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary - Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Processes updates to shareholder accounts. Provides basic technical assistance to shareholders and assists in responding to straightforward inquiries. Corrects straightforward errors in shareholder accounts and statements. Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree preferred. High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-1 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial services preferred.
