We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Data Entry Operator, Lockbox Management to join our Lockbox Data Validation team. This role is located at 500 Ross St, Pittsburgh PA, 15262. Daylight Shift 7:00am EST – 3:30pm EST, Weekends Required, off days Tue/Wed or Wed/ThurIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Daily completion of data entry functions Produce expedited, streamlined payment processing for our customers Handle specialized and sensitive customer accountsAssist with workflow execution, quality control checks, training partner activity and other senior operator duties as assignedTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: High School diploma or equivalentAbility to read and follow both written and verbal instructionsExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityStrong attention to detail Willingness to work in a high production, fast paced environment Ability to multi-task and learn multiple functions Leadership skills preferredAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
