Overview of Role
Reporting to the Commercial Planning Manager, you will provide planning and data analysis support and expertise to our North America region, collaborating closely with our internal Commercial and Planning teams as well as planning teams at our Brand Partners to produce a reliable 2 year commercial operating plan that is aligned with BOA’s mid to long term strategic goals.
Core Responsibilities
Regularly role model BOA’s values and Leadership Model to your team and othersPartner with Account Managers, Commercial Managers, and Commercial VPs to ensure individual forecasts align with 5-year strategic and 2-year operating goalsPartner with Account Managers in creating BOA forecasts through the collation of insights and information from brand partner forecasts, production calendars, and discussions tied to BOA’s model shareSupport Account Managers with inputting, maintaining and auditing model line plans in BOA’s CRM system (XRM) on a quarterly basisSupport Account Managers with inputting and maintaining accurate cross-functional KPIs tied to our mid-to-long-term goalsWork closely with VP of Commercial NA/APAC and regional Commercial Managers on market data, analysis, and reporting needsHelp prepare monthly commentary and insights for Commercial meetingsWork with Operations and Logistics teams to execute capacity and demand planning as neededCoordinate audits and corrections to align revenue and model forecast numbersEstablish, maintain, and deepen external Brand Partner planning relationships and information
Required Qualifications
2+ years planning experience2+ years analyst experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint (data visualization and insights) and a CRM (XRM preferred) Demonstrated knowledge of commercial functions and processesUnderstanding of how to work with and influence stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic plansDesire to use your organized approach to maintain our fast pace and manage multiple deadlines Comfort and experience providing public presentations Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people across the globe A passion for continuously learning and seeking out new approaches

Overview of Compensation and Benefits
