We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a HR Specialist - Absence Case Management to join our talented team!
As a HR Specialist on the Absence Case Management team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Absence Case Management department and business. You will assist in the administration of Leaves of Absence requests and accommodations requiring specialist attention in a fast-paced environment.
This position may be located at our: Bismarck, ND | Gwinner, ND | Wahpeton, ND | West Fargo, ND | Litchfield, MN | Rogers, MN | Johnson Creek, WI | Statesville, NC locations.
Role & Responsibility
Responds expeditiously to LOA inquiries from employees leave of absence inquiries, status changes, and other general inquiries.Process direct bill for employees on leave.Assign emails in inbox to Case Managers as needed.Process Jury, Bereavement and Military leaves.Send FMLA or Reasonable Accommodation forms for new cases.Administers a variety of reports including MetLife STD reports, Call In reports and No Pay reports.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.
Prior experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.
Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
Travel required: < 10%
