Responsibilities· Schedule service work with outside customers, rental department, and sales· Manage work flow in the shop and be sure work is completed timely and efficiently· Generate work orders and manage through billing· Help grow proprietary and aftermarket parts business through parts sales on customer work orders· Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of service counter, work area and stockroom· Maintain daily inventory, receiving, stocking and shipping· Attain short-term and long-term objectives with good management/planning· Monitor performance standards and measurementsQualifications· 3-5 years of experience as a customer facing service representative. · Excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills· Good computer and system knowledge· Associates or Technical Degree and 5 years experience in a parts or service department preferred.· Preferably in the construction equipment, automotive, or agricultural industry· Valid driver’s licenseWe offer a full benefit package that includes paid time off, health insurance, dental and much more.
