Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at Boca Recovery Center. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking information and support. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
