Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate Tool Coordinator (Level 2) to join the Material Management organization in Salt Lake City, Utah on second shift.
This position will facilitate the acquisition of commodities authorized by manufacturing using procurement systems and processes. They will identify and recommend appropriate solutions to meet manufacturing and process needs, and review delivery and receiving status to meet manufacturing requirements. They will also service and repair for non-production materials, portable tools (capital/expense), perishable tools, shop supplies in support of manufacturing.
Position Responsibilities
Supports manufacturing requirements for non-production materials, tool and shop supplies. Assists with analysis and research of new technology. Assists with investigating changes in manufacturing requirements and supporting emergent requests. Supports the evaluation of outside supplier performance and verification of compliance with procedures and contract specifications. Performs inventory and coordinates redistribution of materials. Works under general supervision.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
1+ years of experience with set-up, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of machine tools1+ years of experience working in a mechanical oriented production environment1+ years of experience with Material Management and Inventory Control1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Associate degree or higher; or equivalent work experience1+ years of experience with inventory management systems or database applications
Typical Education/ Experience
Typically, 3 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $45,080 - $56,350
