Position Responsibilities

Understand and practice components of effective communication, and develop the ability to engage with internal and external team members to ensure the desired goals are metDevelop skills to establish relationships as a liaison with independent contractors to ensure company requirements are met as they pertain to the lifecycle of assets and material Understand and demonstrate steps required to effectively coordinate reviews with all applicable team members Learn components of, and understand techniques necessary to review, internal or external teammate owned processes, procedures, and artifacts as they relate to the lifecycle of assets and material Learn basic assessment process requirements and method to obtain evidence and, with assistance as required, evaluate it objectively to determine if applicable criteria are met Develop necessary skills to compare and contrast basic concepts of standardized requirements and relate them to key requirements Develop knowledge base to identify components of cause and effect for adherence to process control Develop skills required to effectively map and analyze factors that determine process efficiency and effectivenessDevelop ability to objectively document outcomes, with assistance when required, based on review criteria and facts Develop skills required to team with various internal and external organization to identify issues and gaps, and methods to ensure they are addressed timely and appropriately with all applicable organizations Understand and employ concepts for appropriately documenting all interactions with external and internal organizations including in-briefs and out-briefs of any review.Learn, understand, and comply with requirements to control and manage documentation to ensure the integrity of all reviews for any future challenge Stay up-to-date with changing procedures, rules, regulations and other requirementsLearn and develop skills and techniques for providing guidance and training to internal and external teammates Continuously review internal processes for improvement and efficiencies, and collaborate with team members to document accordingly

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Relocation

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay range: $56,100 - $87,400
