Global Payroll and Timekeeping is currently looking for an Senior International Payroll Operations Lead to join their team. The position is available in multiple locations, including Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Dallas or Plano, TX; Chantilly, Fairfax, or Herndon, VA; Miami, FL; and Chicago, IL.

Position Responsibilities
Leads International Payroll teams and Payroll vendor management to ensure accurate and timely payroll processesTeams with other Boeing organizations (e.g. Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Business Support Managers in region) to address and support cross-organizational payroll processSupports cross-functional teams to enhance existing payroll and timekeeping processes and toolsProvides guidance and resolves payroll inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutionsAnalyzes and helps interpret sophisticated policies and payroll per in-country regulatory requirementsEnsures and maintains compliance by improving internal controls, guidelines to regulatory requirementsLeads and coordinates simplification, standardization, and automation of payroll process opportunitiesServes as an organizational point of contact for special projects
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field5+ years of experience in international payroll3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets3+ years of experience leading or managing and using data to support business strategy3+ years of experience leading transformational change across an organization or equivalent experienceExperience leading a team or a projectMust be able to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
3+ years of experience in Workday module configurations or integrations in one or more of the following areas: Human Capital Management core, absence management, timekeeping, compensation, benefits, payroll, and/or advanced compensation modules
Typical Education/Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)
Relocation

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $128,350 – $186,300
