Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to join the 777 Compliance BPS team based out of Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities

Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes, and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.Analyzes and interprets data.Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.5+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).5+ years of experience in Data Analysis.5+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree or higher.Basic understanding of the One Boeing Production System (BPS) standards.3+ years working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model.3+ years in a formal or informal leadership position that required developing, coaching and training team members.5+ years working in a production environment.Experience and proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and templates.

Typical Education/Experience

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range: $100,300 - $130,100
