The Boeing Global Services (BGS) F-15 United States Air Force (USAF) Sustainment Program is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to support program execution of the F-15E EPAWSS modification program in San Antonio, TX.

The Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) program's effort includes all contracted work for the Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) phase, with a follow-on Full Rate Production (FRP) phase, starting late 2024. The San Antonio EPAWSS team is responsible for electronic warfare system for the USAF F-15 program. This person will collaborate across many functions and organizations to enable the integrated execution of aircraft modifications at Boeing San Antonio. Our team is looking for a strong PjM with F-15 platform knowledge and experience, strong project management discipline, ability to prioritize and balance a demanding workload, and an inclusive working-together attitude.

Position Responsibilities

Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project/program management best practices (PMBP)Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiativesIdentifies risk and opportunity potential, develops and executes mitigation plansFacilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industryActs as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectivesDirects all phases of projects from inception through completionCoordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years’ experience in Project/Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)2+ years’ experience leading cross-functional teamsF-15 platform experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Experience developing & maintaining relationships & partnerships with USAF customer and stakeholdersExperience working with aircraft production, modification and /or maintenanceExperience with DOD / Government acquisition processesExperience with Depot and/or MRO environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $110,950 - $130,050
