The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Senior Manager – Lean Execution (Level L) to join our dynamic team in one of the following locations; San Antonio, TX

Position Responsibilities

Directly supports VC25B Program in San Antonio, TX.Connect Lean principles and strategy to execution and results – mature Seek, Speak, Listen and closed loop for continuous improvementLead and develop Lean strategies for BDS to include all facets/ functions of businessDevelop and deploy systematic approach to capture and replicate best practicesOperationalize data analytics into daily Lean practice and prioritiesEstablish and deploy functional and business rotation program to accelerate learning and executionCreate robust communication strategy – integrate and connect businesses with deep partnerships across functionsAcquires resources for organizational lean improvement activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Manages, develops and motivates employees and managers.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

Experience implementing lean principlesExperience planning and facilitating Lean+ workshops (e.g., BPSM /AIW / 3P / Kaizen / VSM, Process Mapping, AIW, DK)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree or higherSix sigma certifiedProject management certification5+ years knowledge of Boeing production system

Relocation

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Travel

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Pay range: $106,250 - $143,750

Export Control Requirements: U.S. Government Export Control Status: This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.

• 15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
