Bok a Bok Fried Chicken Delivery Driver Job Description

Bok a Bok is growing and adding delivery drivers to our guest experience. We are looking for outgoing individuals who can bring enthusiasm, energy and hospitality to each drop off of delicious chicken. Delivery drivers are responsible for safely and quickly transporting orders from our restaurants to customers. They are to follow a specified schedule and identify the most efficient routes to avoid delays.

Job Requirements ● Must provide your own reliable car. ● Must carry commercial “Food Delivery/RideShare” insurance and provide a confirmation of this information monthly. ● Excellent organizational and time management skills. ● Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. ● Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes. ● Highly responsible & reliable. ● Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. ● Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. ● Previous customer engagement; sales and/or delivery experience a plus. ● Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. ● Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages of at most 50 lbs ● High school diploma or equivalent.● Must have a phone that can support apps needed to execute all aspects of the job including our communication system. ● Must be okay with carrying a Bok a Bok provided location tracker during your shift. ● Will be required to do ride along deliveries with managers during employment for quality training purposes.

Job Duties ● In the delivery driver role, you will verify customer orders and carefully load the correct products before delivering them. ● You will be expected to be friendly and polite when engaging with customers.● Success in this role is demonstrated by transporting products on time and in good condition, providing outstanding customer service, and helping the company meet its delivery targets. ● Drivers also conduct regular vehicle check-ups and maintenance to keep their vehicles clean and in good working condition. ● Drives their vehicle safely and courteously ● Maintains deep knowledge of delivery protocols and observes traffic rules● Confirms customer orders, and provides receipts ● Logs successful and unsuccessful deliveries ● Observes company dress code and maintains a neat appearance ● Potential downtime will be filled supporting teammates with restaurant side work. ● Resolve customer needs and adjusted orders ● Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints

Bok a Bok will provide to our Delivery Drivers:● A branded uniform that must remain visible during shift ● Food delivery bags ● Bok a Bok Hospitality Crate● Location tracker

Bok a Bok Driver Compensation Package:● Drivers will make $18 per hour ● Shifts will range between 6-8 hours ● $2.50 per delivery flat rate ● Delivery gratuity will be split 70% delivery / 30% House Tip Pool● 30 hour a week employees are eligible for company sponsored health, vision and dental insurance.
