THE ROLE: SALES FINANCE ANALYST

This position will report to the: VP – Commercialization Development & Growth Travel Requirement: 10% Location: Hybrid(option to be Onsite if preferred) FLSA Status: Non- Exempt Shift: 1st Employment Category: Full Time - Regular Pay Range: $23.50-$29.00/ hr.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

Bolthouse Farms is looking for a Sales Finance Analyst to provide administrative and analytical support to the Customer Teams. The Sales Analyst will work to uphold the financial integrity of our sales efforts by ensuring controls are maintained, ROIs are maximized, and transactions are timely and accurately recorded, primarily in the areas of Trade Spend and Pricing.

Trade Promotion controls, entry, and deduction support Trade Spend Analytics and Customer Team Support Pricing support for the Customer TeamsBroker support and Selling Expense administration.Business ReportingAd Hoc requests and Sales Initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration1-2+ years of financial experienceProficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, and OutlookStrong written and oral communication skillsProblem solving and analytical skills

Additional Required Qualifications

Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Business Objects, Oracle, AR7, and/or JDE a plusCPG and/or Trade Spend experience a plus
