Sales Support Specialist

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:Maintain sales data on the business data platform, actively seek potential customers, and utilize Zoominfo to find relevant contacts.Implement cold email and cold calling strategies, passing potential opportunities to sales engineers.Assist sales engineers in preparing necessary documents such as bidding files and contract signing documents.Input orders promptly into the ERP system and support warehouse personnel in handling administrative tasks related to shipping.Effectively handle business calls, letters, and documents, ensuring timely and accurate business communication.Participate in product promotion activities, take charge of planning trade shows and similar events, maintain contact with magazine advertising publishers, and actively manage social media platforms.Regularly report sales data and business progress to headquarters marketing personnel, ensuring smooth information flow.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above, relevant major.Proficient in using Zoominfo and ERP software, skilled in data handling.Strong communication skills for business communication.Strong teamwork and organizational coordination abilities.

Work Conditions and Physical Environment

The physical demands of this job include the ability to sit for extended periods of time, exhibit manual dexterity to operate a telephone and computer, read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids, hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone, speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone, understand and follow oral and written instructions, and have the physical agility to lift up to 25 pounds.
